In September of 2013 Cindy McDonnell Feinberg co-founded
Feinberg Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a real estate brokerage firm specializing
in commercial and industrial brokerage, investment properties, development
consulting and real estate project management.
Cindy has provided significant value to the real estate projects for numerous clients including Peoples Security Bank & Trust, Girl
Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, Computer Aid Incorporated, Keystone Harley
Davidson, Manufactures Resource Center and Sunburst Property Management.
Cindy is the former Director of Community and Economic Development for the County of Lehigh.
She managed programs fostering regional cooperation with Lehigh County’s
25 local municipalities and provided linkages between Lehigh Valley, regional,
state and federal governments, nonprofits and local businesses. She was instrumental in recruiting many new
businesses to the region including Ocean Spray, Avantor Performance Materials,
The Boston Beer Company and Hillwood Development, a Perot Company, resulting in
thousands of new jobs over a period of almost eight years. She has been
involved in projects utilizing the Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ)Tax
Increment Financing (TIF), Keystone Opportunity Zones (KOZs) and brownfield redevelopment.
Prior to her confirmation as the Director of Community and
Economic Development for Lehigh County, she was a Director for Markward Group,
a commercial real estate brokerage firm.
She has been involved in commercial real estate development in the
Lehigh Valley and Harrisburg and is an active member of various real estate
organizations. Cindy was named the Lehigh Valley Economic Development
Corporation’s Person of the Year for 2013.
She is a founding member of Crew Network Lehigh Valley.
Cindy previously worked for twenty-three years in the
computer industry where she was a global account manager for a fortune 25
company.
Cindy holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial
Investment Member) designation. Cindy obtained her MBA from DeSales University
and graduated with a BA in Political Science and BS in Information Science from
the University of Pittsburgh.
She serves on the board of the Lehigh Valley Economic
Development Corporation (LVEDC) and is co-chair of the ArtsQuest Capital
Campaign.
She has served as a board member of the Girl Scouts of
Easton Pennsylvania Board Development, Lehigh Northampton Airport Authority,
the Lehigh County Industrial Development Authority, the Lehigh Valley Planning
Commission, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board,
Allentown Economic Development Corporation, Ethics in the Workplace, Turning
Point Lehigh Valley, the Salisbury Township School District Board and the Carbon
Lehigh Intermediate Unit #21.
