In September of 2013 Cindy McDonnell Feinberg co-founded Feinberg Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a real estate brokerage firm specializing in commercial and industrial brokerage, investment sales, development counseling, government relations, real estate law, closings and title insurance.
Cindy McDonnell Feinberg is the former Director of Community and Economic Development for the County of Lehigh. She was responsible for Lehigh County’s community and economic development programs, regional partnerships, government relations, urban revitalization, job creation, grants, affordable housing programs and quality of life programs. She managed programs fostering regional cooperation with Lehigh County’s 25 local municipalities and provided linkages between Lehigh Valley, regional, state and federal governments, nonprofits and local businesses. She was instrumental in recruiting many new businesses including Ocean Spray, Avantor Performance Materials, The Boston Beer Company and Hillwood Development, a Perot Company resulting in thousands of new jobs over a period of almost eight years. She has been involved in projects utilizing Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Keystone Opportunity Zones (KOZs), brownfield redevelopment and other CRE projects in Allentown and Bethlehem.
Prior to her confirmation as the Director of Community and Economic Development for Lehigh County, she was a Director for Markward Group, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, commercial, industrial and retail sales and leasing. She has been involved in commercial real estate development in the Lehigh Valley and Harrisburg and is an active member of various real estate organizations. Cindy previously worked for twenty-three years in the computer industry were she was a global account manager for a fortune 25 company.
Cindy holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America. Cindy obtained her MBA from DeSales University and graduated with a BA in Political Science and BS in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
Cindy is a founding member of Crew Network Lehigh Valley. She serves on the boards of the Lehigh Northampton Airport Authority and Chairs the Lehigh County Industrial Development Authority. She was also an active board member of the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board, Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, Allentown Economic Development Corporation and Ethics in the Workplace. She previously served on the Board of Directors for Turning Point Lehigh Valley, the Salisbury Township School District Board, the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit #21, representing the Salisbury School Board and facilitated the reestablishment of the Salisbury Education Foundation.
Gregg M. Feinberg graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1983.
After working as a corporate attorney for 5 years for a local company, he became a sole practitioner and then a partner in the firm of Black, McCarthy, Eidelman and Feinberg. In 1992, he formed Feinberg & Associates which is now Feinberg Law Office, where he serves as general counsel to such firms as Computer Aid, Inc., Trifecta, Inc., IntegraOne, Boyle Construction, TecPort Partners, LP, Crystal Signatures, Inc. and Sunburst Property Management, Inc.
Since 1997, Gregg has worked actively as a commercial and industrial real estate developer and is a principal in Ridgeview Limited Partners and multiple real estate partnerships. Gregg has developed over 3,500,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space including renovations of urban space such as the Design Center in South Bethlehem, preservation of the Johnson Machinery Building and award winning corporate space such as the CAI Corporate Park and institutional space such as the new Information Technology Center at Lehigh Carbon Community College. He is also a managing partner of Central Pennsylvania’s first technology park, the 100 acre TecPort Business Center, which has revitalized the former AMP facility in Harrisburg, PA, with over 3,000 new jobs.
Most recently, Mayor John Callahan of Bethlehem tapped Gregg to serve as principal consultant and project manager for the $22,000,000 development of the public spaces, Levitt Pavilion and Bethlehem Landing Visitor’s Center on the former Bethlehem Steel site in the shadow of the iconic blast furnaces. Now known as SteelStacks, a complete renovation has been completed of what was once the core area of the second largest steel company in the world. The music venue known as the Levitt Pavilion has won multiple design and development awards and the site is now home to the ArtsQuest Center and PBS39 studios. Gregg coordinated, supervised and managed the architects, engineers, multiple CM’s and stakeholders in this key urban revitalization project.
Gregg has been instrumental in attracting new business to Lehigh and Northampton counties as a founding shareholder of Crystal Signatures, Inc., a custom crystal manufacturing business; as a developer and operator of Sonic Restaurants; Ridgeview Limited Partners and College Facilities Solutions. Gregg is a licensed title agent and a licensed real estate broker.
Gregg sits on the Board of Directors of several corporations and his activities include: Immediate past chairman of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce (the ninth largest chamber in the US); Executive Committee of the GLVCC; Chair of Public Policy for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce; member of the Advisory Board of Originate Ventures, a venture capital fund; board of directors of Borton-Lawson Engineers/Architects; the board of the Mary Ellen Golf Tournament Committee for Easter Seals; Board of Directors of ArtsQuest; consultant and project manager for all public spaces at SteelStacks at the former Bethlehem Steel plant; and as counsel and founding board member of FC Lehigh Valley United Soccer Club. He has been a speaker to such groups as the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Development Center of Lehigh University, NARCA and the Commercial Law League of America. He is a member of the Lehigh County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and the American Bonanza Society.
Gregg is an instrument rated pilot, a certified scuba diver and an avid golfer and has served as a member of the Nike Golf Player Staff.

Tracy started working in the legal profession in 2006 for a Medical Malpractice attorney with 2 associate attorneys. Doing the firm accounting and reconciling of medical malpractice cases, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll as well as handling all accounting for 2 other companies the attorney owned.
In December 2008 Tracy started working as a legal assistant for 2 separate law offices doing billing, filing complaints and working with real estate closings. She has had extensive involvement with real estate closings include ordering water and tax certifications, ordering title searches, typing deeds, notarizing and getting the final paperwork together to send to the lenders, sending mortgages to the county to be filed, sending filed mortgages and lenders title policies to the bank and owners policies to the clients. In July of 2013 she took the Pennsylvania Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practices courses consisting of 60 classroom hours and will take the Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson test in November 2013.
